Skate South: the only place Des Moines has left for indoor shredding. We had fun during these last three sessions, each one with a different crew of Master Shredders making their way through the maze of skateboarders. Each session seems to get more and more packed, but it’s still a fun time. It brings me back to the days of flying through the mobs of people at the skating rink as fast as I can. I don’t know what more to say about this place other than you need to come check it out for yourself. Skate South is open Monday and Wednesday nights from 6 p.m. to 9p.m. It is $8 right now because they are fixing the floor but it is usually $6.
