Sure, 2012 seems like only yesterday, but 2013 is already looking to be another great year of progression within the Iowa Connection scene. Two people who have pushed the Quad Cities scene are the two featured in this update: Chris Watts and Andrew “Droid” Hall. The two of them have been on an absolute tear as of lately. With their “Bonus Round” sections and numerous Iowa Connection updates, they have been a constant stream of progression. They haven’t slowed down, and I don’t see it happening any time soon. Check back for more on Chris and Andrew when we release a Skatechurch edit in a few weeks. Until then enjoy these photographs.

very nice BJ, Droid, and Chris.
That first wall ride spot is super awesome. The shadows absolutely make the pic. I love how it looks like Chris is almost coming out of his shadow like one of those M.C. Escher tessellations.
Droid, that AO top porn on the wall is awesome. There’s a spot in Iowa City with a 20-25ft long metal version of that, only it sticks out an inch or two further from the wall. Let me know next time you’re in town and we’ll check it out.
